摘要
目的建立尿毒清颗粒中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为:UltimateR XB-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(8∶92),梯度洗脱;流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:320nm。结果 2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷进样量在0.066 8~0.534 4μg(r=0.999 5)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.3%,RSD为0.5%(n=6)。结论高效液相色谱法简便快捷,结果准确,可用于尿毒清颗粒中2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量测定及该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining the 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-Oβ-D-glucoside content in Niaoduqing Granules.Methods HPLC was used to detect 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-Oβ-D-glucoside in Niaoduqing Granules with a Ultimate R XB-C 18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5 μ m).The moble phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(8∶92).The gradient elution was adopted and the flow rate was 1.0mL.min-1.The detection wavelength was 320nm.Result The method was linear with in the range of 0.066 8~0.534 4 μ g for 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-Oβ-D-glucoside(r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 99.3%,with RSD 0.5%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and can be applied to the content determination of 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-D-glucoside and the quality control of Niaoduqing Granules.
