胰岛素与硒联合应用治疗糖尿病大鼠的可行性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的确定胰岛素和硒联合应用治疗糖尿病大鼠的可行性。方法建立糖尿病模型,胰岛素皮下注射给药,亚硒酸钠口服给药。胰岛素和亚硒酸钠分别设计2个剂量(胰岛素:1和0.5u.kg-1;亚硒酸钠:180和60μg.kg-1)。按2因素2水平的L4(22),运用正交实验设计确定胰岛素和硒联合应用的合理配比剂量。结果胰岛素与亚硒酸钠对糖尿病大鼠血糖的降低作用存在相互影响,胰岛素和硒联合应用的合理配比剂量是1u.kg-1∶180μg.kg-1。结论胰岛素和硒联合应用在降低血糖方面明显优于单用相同剂量的胰岛素或亚硒酸钠,联合用药(胰岛素+硒)发挥了协同作用。 Objective To observe and analyze the effect of insulin and selenium combined application in the treatment of diabetes rats.Methods Diabetic models were established.The insulin treatment group involved injection(sc.);the selenium treatment group were treated with sodium selenite dissolved in redistilled water by gavage.Insulin and sodium selenite two doses were designed respectively(insulin:1 and 0.5 u·kg^-1;sodium selenite:180 and 60 μg·kg^-1).According to the L4(22),an orthogonal experimental design was used to examine the rational proportion of insulin and selenium in combination.Results There was a cooperation effect between insulin and selenium.The rational proportion of insulin and selenium in combination was 1 u·kg^-1∶180 μg·kg^-1.Conclusion The combined application of insulin and selenium was more effective than insulin and selenium alone in controlling glycaemia and there was a cooperation effect between insulin and selenium.
