摘要
目的优选复方氨敏Vc胶囊中挥发油的超声包合工艺。方法以包封率、收率和载药量为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交实验设计优选挥发油的包合工艺。结果优选包合工艺条件为:β-环糊精与挥发油按8∶1(g∶mL)配比,包合时间35min,超声频率59kHz,超声温度为55℃。结论验证实验表明优选出的包合工艺简单、合理、可行。
Objective To optimize the hyperacoustic inclusion process of essential oil of Anmin Vc Capsules.Method The envelopment rate and rate of production were selected as index.L^9(3^4) orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the conditions of inclusion technique.Results The optimized preparation process was as follows:oil to β-CD was 1∶8,supersonic time 35 min,hyperacoustic power 59 kHz,and temperature 55 ℃.Conclusion The results of verification test indicate that the selection process is simple and reasonable.
