摘要
后支点挂篮悬浇法和大节段满樘支架浇筑法是大跨连续梁桥的2种典型施工方法。通过分析工艺流程,指出2种工法的控制关键点,提出相应的施工控制技术。结合2座同线施工的等跨连续梁桥,从结构自身刚度、施工变形控制以及应变监测等角度对2种工艺对比,分析表明所提示的控制关键点与控制技术有效、可靠。
Suspended basket cantilever casting method and full space support bracket pouring method are two typical construction methods of large-span continuous girder bridge.By analyzing the construction process,the key points for the two working methods are pointed out and the corresponding construction control technology is proposed.Taking two continuous beam bridges with the same span combinations as an example,from the contrast of stiffness of the structure itself,construction deformation control and monitoring point of strain of the two processes,the analysis can show that prompt control of the key points and technology is effective and reliable.
