摘要
上海市污水治理白龙港区域南线输送干管的某顶管工作坑施工占用道路面积大,决定采用顶管地下T形对接技术。介绍了大口径顶管地下T形对接的工艺流程。通过对大管径顶管南侧、管周双液注浆及对接点侧向封堵等3次加固,基本杜绝了因对接点结合不严密而导致的水土流失对周边道路及构筑物的影响。最后,简单介绍了内衬管节浇筑施工步骤和对接点处沉降观测布置情况。
With the background of Shanghai Sewage Treatment Bailong Port Area South Line Delivering Trunk Project,the construction of a pipe-jacking working pit has occupied large road area and pipe-jacking underground T-shaped abutting joint has been adopted.The process flow of heavy caliber pipe-jacking underground T-shaped abutting joint is introduced.Through three times solidification on south side of heavy caliber pipe-jacking,dual fluid grouting around tube and mating points side direction plugging,the influence of water losses and soil erosion(due to imprecise mating points combination) to surrounding roads and structures can be avoided basically.Finally,the construction procedures of internal supporting pipe junction grouting and settlement survey layout condition of mating points are introduced briefly.
