摘要
叙述了哈尔滨市世茂大道地道的设计与施工关键。主线段横穿已建成的四环路桥,1条匝道平行于四环路,地道侧壁距四环路较近,基坑开挖时施工风险大,且施工空间小,无法使用大型机械。通过计算分析,设计了主线段采用放坡开挖+高压旋喷桩加固方案、匝道段采用拉森Ⅲ型钢板桩加1道406 mm钢管内撑围护方案。通过施工,证明此方案是经济合理的,为类似工程提供借鉴。
The design and construction keys of Shimao Ave.tunnel in Harbin are presented in this paper.The project is of high construction risk and limited construction space incapable of using large-scale machine due to the main line section crossing the existed Fourth-ring Rd.Bridge,one ramp paralleling Fourth-ring Rd.and the side wall of tunnel closing to Fourth-ring Rd.According to calculation and analysis,the main line section is adopting the strengthening plan of open cut + high pressure jet-grouting pile and the ramp section is adopting the internal support containment plan of Lassen III-type Steel Sheet Pile and one steel tube with 406 mm.The plan has been proved economical and reasonable after construction,which can provide references for similar projects in the future.
