Summarizes the application of phase change heat transfer in the the Jingmen petrochemical CFB boiler in this paper.Phase change heater transfer technology uses the principle of phase change heat transfer will be heating medium（such as air,water） to improve media can be preheated to ensure the safety of the heat exchanger,the exhaust gas temperature and heat exchanger wall temperature remained relatively stable at a higher level of temperature,away from the acid dew point corrosion region.After transformation,the boiler exhaust gas temperature can be reduced to a lower temperature,both to prevent the low-temperature corrosion,while achieving a low-temperature heat utilization.
