摘要 为了提高某钢厂高炉喷吹煤粉的燃尽率,并实现混煤喷吹的配比最优化,采用热重分析和沉降炉试验研究方法,对单种煤的物化和燃烧性能进行了评价,在此基础上对不同配比的配合煤进行燃烧性能评价。研究结果表明,根据着火点最低和燃尽率最高的选取原则,配合煤的最佳优化配方为:52%混合无烟煤+40%烟煤+8%焦粉,燃烧效果良好。 In view of the present situation of a steel mill's injecting blended coal,it needs to improve the burn-off rate and optimize the blended coal's initial proportion.The article mainly adopts TGA and drop tube furnace industrial test.Firstly the chemical and physical properties and combustion characteristics of six single kinds of coal are appraised and secondly four different kinds of proportion blended coal are evaluated and experimented by the TGA and drop tube furnace industrial test.The research indicates some conclusions: according to the principle of the minimum ignition temperature and the highest burnout rate,the optimized program should be: 52% of mixed anthracite coal +40% of bituminous coal +8% of coke and the combustion effect is better.
