摘要
绩效考核是图书馆人力资源管理中的重要组成部分,从绩效考核的相关理论入手,阐明高校图书馆馆员考核中存在的问题,并给出相应的破解对策,以期不断提高馆员的工作效率和服务质量。
The performance assessment is an important part of library human resource management. This paper starts from the theories related to performance appraisal, clarifies the problems in university library staff assessment and gives countermeasures in order to continuously improve librarians working efficiency and service quality.
