摘要
为了探讨休闲活动应对工作倦怠的作用,采用休闲问卷、正性负性情绪量表等对460名在职人员进行了调查。结果表明:性别、是否有孩子等人口学变量影响休闲活动;休闲活动引发并影响正性情绪,可以作为应对工作倦怠的手段之一。
To explore the effect between leisure activities and job burnout, the leisure questionnaire and PANAS were used to investigate a sample composed of 460 employees. Results showed that demographic variables such as gender and having children or not, had an effect on leisure activities ; leisure activities could positively influence positive mood and it's one of the methods to deal with job burnout.
