摘要平滑肌肉瘤(leiomyosarcoma)是一种由平滑肌细胞或向平滑肌分化的间充质细胞所组成的恶性肿瘤,常见于子宫、胃肠道、腹膜后腔[1～7]。发生于口腔者极为少见。本文报道一例发生于下颌牙龈的平滑肌肉瘤,结合文献对其发病及诊治特点、治疗与预后进行讨论。1　病例报告患者男?..
