摘要
分别采用甲醇回流法和水煮法对5—10月份采集的12组紫丁香树叶样品进行提取,制备提取物,并通过HPLC分析其中丁香苦苷和橄榄苦苷的质量分数。结果表明,醇提法优于水提法,紫丁香树叶中同时含有大量的丁香苦苷和橄榄苦苷,并且二者变化规律相同,分别在5月下旬、6月下旬和8—9月份出现3个高峰期。在5月20日、6月20日和9月5日采集的树叶中,干燥树叶丁香苦苷的质量分数分别为:8.28%、3.77%和3.82%;橄榄苦苷的质量分数分别为:3.75%、0.90%和1.16%。
Twelve groups of leaf samples of Syringa oblata collected from May to October were extracted by the methods of methanol refluxing and boiling water,respectively,and extracts were prepared.The contents of syringopicroside and oleuropein in the extracts were analyzed by the High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC).Result shows that ethanol extraction process is superior to water extraction process.The leaves of S.oblata contain both a large quantity of syringopicroside and oleuropein,and both of them have the same changing regularities.Three peaks occurred in late May,late June and August to September,respectively.The content of syringopicroside in the dried leaves collected on May 20,June 20,and September 5 were 8.28%,3.77% and 3.82%,and the contents of oleuropein were 3.75%,0.90%,and 1.16%,respectively.
