大庆市典型湿地资源效益评估

Benefit Evaluation of Typical Wetlands in Daqing City

在湿地调查与统计分析的基础上,从湿地效益评估方法入手,运用市场价值法、旅行费用法、条件价值法等7种方法,较全面地评估了大庆市的扎龙、龙凤、小黑山等6个典型湿地资源的用途效益、生态功能效益和属性效益,并进行了货币化评估。由此得出了大庆市典型湿地资源的效益为10 142 297 921.9元。从评估结果表明,大庆市湿地生态系统的生态服务功能价值十分巨大,只有合理开发利用大庆市湿地资源并保护好其生态环境,才能实现大庆市湿地资源的可持续利用以及区域经济的可持续发展。

Seven methods,such as market value method,travel cost method,and contingent valuation method,were applied to the benefit evaluation of wetland resources in six typical wetlands of Zhalong,Longfeng,Xiao Heishan,etc.based on the surveys and statistical analysis of wetlands.And monetary evaluation of the benefits derived from wetland ecosystem services was made.The assessment result shows that the benefit of the typical wetland resources in Daqing is 10.143 billion yuan,indicating that the ecological service functions of the wetland ecosystems in Daqing are enormous.The sustainable utilization of wetland resources and the sustainable development of regional economy in Daqing can be realized only when the wetland resources are reasonably utilized and exploited,and the ecological environment is well protected.
