摘要
采用水培法,研究了不同浓度的Cd2+对丝瓜种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数变化及根系活力的影响。结果表明:当Cd2+浓度为10mg/L时,发芽率和活力指数均高于对照;当Cd2+浓度为5mg/L时,根系活力高于对照;之后随着Cd2+溶液浓度的升高,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、根系活力均显著降低,抑制效应逐渐增强;说明低浓度的Cd2+对丝瓜种子萌发具有促进作用,高浓度的Cd2+则具有抑制作用。
The effects of heavy metal cadmium on seed germination and root activity of Luffa cylindrical by hydroponic solutions culture were studied.Luffa cylindrical seeds were treated by cadmium solution with different concentrations to determine their germination percentage,germination index,variation of vitality index and root activity.When the low Cd2+ concentration was 10 mg/L,the germination percentage and germination index higher than the control group.When the low Cd2+ concentration was 5 mg/L,the root activity was higher than the control group.With Cd2+ concentration increasing,the germination percentage,vitality index,and root activity was significantly lower,and inhibiting was strengthen.The vigour of germination and germination index was lowing with the increasing concentration,and inhibiting was strengthen.The conclusion was that Cd2+ was capable of stimulating budding radio at lower,but reducing budding radio at higher concentrations.
