摘要
以现存夯土住宅为研究对象,在获得实地调研数据的基础上,建立有限元分析模型。通过静力分析、地震反应谱分析,探讨了夯土住宅的受力变形特点,结果表明檩-墙连接部位、山墙中部以及纵墙顶面部位是结构的薄弱部位。针对上述问题,提出了分别在檩条下设置弧形垫块、山墙外设置扶壁柱和纵墙顶面设置木圈梁的解决方法,并通过分析证明了其合理性,以供此类建筑的加固改造参考。
This paper takes the existing rammed earth buildings as the research object.Based on the site investigation data,authors established a finite element model.Through the static analysis and the seismic response spectrum analysis,authors explored the stresses and deformation characteristics of such buildings,and the results show that the purlin-wall connection,the central part of the gable and the top surface of the longitudinal wall are the weak positions of the structure.Aiming at these problems,the placement of the arc-shaped cushion block under the purlin,the arrangement of buttress that attach to the gable and the use of wooden ring beam that puts on the top of the rammed earth wall were proposed.The rationality of the solution proposed above was proved through analysis.These will provide a reference to the reinforcement and reconstruction of these buildings
