摘要
目的观察壳寡糖对S180小鼠Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达情况及肿瘤细胞凋亡的影响。方法选择体内注射的方法将壳寡糖注入S180小鼠体内,用免疫组织化学法测定瘤组织Bcl-2、Bax蛋白的表达情况。结果壳寡糖能降低S180小鼠瘤组织抑凋亡基因Bcl-2的表达,提高促凋亡基因Bax的表达。结论通过调节Bcl-2、Bax的表达而诱使肿瘤细胞凋亡是壳寡糖抗肿瘤作用机制之一。
Objective To observe the effects of chitosan oligosaccharide on the protein expression of Bcl-2,Bax and the apoptosis of tumor cell of S180 tumor cell in mice.Methods The expression of apoptosis-related proteins(Bcl-2 and Bax) was determined by the method of immunohistochemistry after chitosan oligosaccharide was injected into the mice-bearing tumor.Results The expression of antiapoptotic protein Bcl-2 was reduced and the expression of proapoptotic protein Bax was increased by chitosan oligosaccharide.Conclusion Inducing the tumor cell apoptosis is one of the mechanism of action on chitosan oligosaccharide anti-tumor by regulating the expression of Bcl-2,Bax protein.
