摘要
目的 :为了寻找新的高效、低毒 ,既能口服 ,又可外用的抗滴虫药物。方法 :将蒿甲醚的不同浓度作用于体外培养基中的阴道毛滴虫 ,并与甲硝唑作比较。结果 :蒿甲醚各浓度组的滴虫死亡率均高于对照组 ,但低于甲硝唑组。结论 :蒿甲醚具有一定的抗滴虫作用 。
Aim: To seek for trichomonacide not only with higher effect and low toxicity but for oral and external use Method: The in vitro effect of artemether with different concentrations was compared with that of metronidazole on Trichomonas vaginalis Results: The death rates of T vaginalis in artemether with different concentration groups were higher than that of control groups, but lower than that of metronidazole groups Conclusion: Artemether revealed certain effect against T.vaginalis, but the effect was no better than that of metronidazole
