疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝

Study on treatment of inguinal hernia by the plug mesh hernia repair

目的 探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术(PMHR)的临床特点。方法 对100例疝环充填式无张力疝修补术患者进行观察和总结。结果 100例疝环充填式无张力疝修补术中平均手术时间为32.4min,平均术后住院日2.2d,术后1周恢复体力活动,术后1年随访复发率0.00％。结论 本手术方法的主要临床特点是无张力缝合修补,创伤轻、复发少、恢复快、痛苦小。

Objective To investigate the clinical features of PMHR. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of the PMHR were analysed. Results The average time for the 100 cases of PMHR is 32. 4 minute. After operation , the average time of staying in hospital is 2.2 days, the patient recovered in one week and the rate of relapse is 0.00% in one year. Conclusion The flavour of the PMHR includes:Without the tension,the less injuries,the less relapse,easy to recover and the less suffering.
