锍试金—电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定勘查地球化学样品中超痕量的铂族元素 被引量:11

摘要 配制合适比例的试金配料,不加入同位素稀释剂,熔融获得的镍扣直接用水浸泡粉化后,加入盐酸分解、过滤,沉淀物用3 mL王水溶解,定容后用ICP-MS测定,Lu作内标。采用该方法对铂族元素地球化学分析标准物质(GBW 07288、GBW 07289和GBW 07295)中的铂族元素含量进行测定,其结果与标准值相吻合。该方法检出限为0.01~0.1 ng/g,精密度(RSD,n=6)为1.67%~12.9%。 The powders were mixed with assay ingredients without isotope dilution. The nickel sulfide button was pulverized by water-dipping and then dissolved by hydrochloric acid. The solution was filtered and the precipitate was dissolved with 3 L aqua regia. In a certain constant volume platinum group elements (PGEs) in the solution were de- termined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with Lu as internal standard. The method has been verified by determination of PGEs in National Standard Referenee Materials( GBW 07288, GBW 07289 and GBW 07295) with satisfactory results. The detection limits of the method for PGEs are 0.01 -0.1 ng/g with the precision ofl.67 %-12.9 % (RSD, n=6).
