CXCR7在乳腺癌中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:研究趋化因子受体(Chemokine Receptor CXCR7)在乳腺癌中的表达及意义。方法:采用SP免疫组化法检测乳腺癌组织及正常乳腺组织中CXCR7的表达,应用SSPS17.0统计软件进行数据处理。结果:CXCR7在乳腺癌中的阳性表达率为73.1%,乳腺癌中CXCR7的表达与淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关(P<0.05),其表达与年龄、肿瘤大小、绝经与否、ER、PR、HER2表达无关(P>0.05)。结论:CXCR7的表达与乳腺癌的进展及转移有关。
