摘要
通过油滴法和轧制试验,考察了轧辊表面不同粗糙度和纹路方向对铝板轧制润滑及轧制过程的影响,并对轧后铝板表面形貌进行观察。结果表明:轧辊表面粗糙度和纹路方向会影响润滑油在辊面的润湿性;辊面横向纹路有利于润滑油的铺展;采用工艺润滑时,随着压下率的增加,辊面横向纹路使轧制变形区摩擦因数降低,铝板的表面质量改善。
The effects of roll surface roughness and the veins direction on rolling lubrication and rolling process of aluminum sheet have been analyzed by using of oil drop way and rolling experiment. The morphology of rolled strip surface has been surveyed. The experimental results show that surface roughness and its vein direction influence on the lubricant wetta- bility at the roll surface. The crosswise veins of the roll surface are in favor of lubricant spreading. With the reduction ratio increasing, the crosswise veins of roll surface can decrease the friction coefficient in the deformation area, and the strip surface quality being improved.
