摘要
研究了不同氧化剂对单镍盐电解着色的影响。结果表明,无钠宽温氧化剂与常温氧化剂对单镍盐电解着色影响甚微,可以生产稳定的香槟色铝型材料,但含钠宽温氧化助剂对单镍盐电解着色影响较大,不易得到均匀稳定的香槟色铝型材料。
The effect of different anodizing single nickel ion method has been investigated. agents on electrolytic deposit coloring using The results show that the effect of wide-ternperature sodium-free anodizing agent on single nickel ion electrolytic anodization coloring is very few, it is similar as the normal temperature anodized agents ,but it is suitable to anodize the aluminum profiles in stable Champaign color;the normal temperature anodizing agent with sodium affects the single nickel ion electrolytic coloring greater, and it is not suitable for getting stable Champaign anodizing process
