新时期情报研究工作中的数据管理

Data Management in Intelligence Research in the New Period

简要介绍新时期情报研究工作中数据管理发生的变化,提出情报研究数据管理框架,并从数据收集、数据处理、数据分析到产品4个阶段和数据存储、相关操作、数据工具和平台等方面对数据管理框架进行简述。最后结合我国现阶段情报研究工作中数据管理在数据工具、平台及存储和利用三方面的发展现状,提出发展对策。

The changes of the data management in intelligence research in the new period are introduced briefly at the first of this paper, then the data management framework of intelligence research is proposed and described in four phases of data collecting, processing, analyzing and forming products, with the aspects of data storage, related operations, tools and platform. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the data management in intelligence research of our country, the main countermeasures are proposed at the last of the paper.
