轮转切削核乳化技术安全性的临床研究

Clinical Study to the Security of Rotated-Chipping Phacoemulsification

目的 :比较白内障手术中传统四分法原位碎核与轮转切削技术 (削梨法 )超声乳化对眼组织的安全性。方法 :对 13 0眼白内障随机采用四分法或削梨法行Phaco +IOL植入术。结果 :四分法超声乳化 70眼中 9眼出现程度不同的角膜内皮水肿 ,8眼出现后囊破裂 ,1眼发生虹膜咬伤。削梨法 60眼中 1眼出现轻度角膜水肿 ,2眼出现后囊破裂 ,无虹膜咬伤。结论

Objective The investigation was designed to compare rotated?chipping phacoemulsification with criss and cross technique in security. Method The phacoemulsification with intraocularlens implantation using rotated?chipping or criss and cross technique in random was performed on 130 eyes of 108 patients with senile cataract.Result Out of 70 eyes operated with criss and cross technique there was a corneal edema in 9,posterior capsular rupture in 8 and iris damage of pupillary margin in 1 eye; but out of 60 eyes that received rotated?chipping phacoemulsification,corneal edema was found in one, posterior capsular rupture in 2 eyes and no damage of pupillary margin was found. Conclusion The rotated?chipping phacoemulsification is safer than criss and cross technique on eye tissue.
