益气养阴活血法联合西药治疗早期糖尿病肾病60例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Method of Boosting Qi,Nourishing Yin and Quickening the Blood Combined with Western Medicine for 60 Cases of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的观察益气养阴活血中药治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DN)临床疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,均予常规饮食、运动、西药治疗,治疗组加服具有益气养阴活血功效的肾康Ⅲ号方,对照组加用百令胶囊口服,两组疗程均为3个月。观察两组临床疗效,并检测治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、24h尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、尿微量白蛋白(UmAlb)、血清肌酐(SCr)和尿素氮(BUN)的水平。结果治疗组总有效率85.0%,对照组总有效率63.3%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组和对照组治疗后UAER、UmAlb、SCr均显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组下降更为明显(P<0.05)。治疗后两组BUN、FBG和ALB均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论益气养阴活血法联合西医治疗早期DN疗效显著,可保护肾脏,延缓DN病程进展。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of boosting qi, nourishing yin and quickening the blood formula for early diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods Totally 120 cases of early DN were randomized into treatment group and the control group, with 60 in each. Both groups were given conventional diet, exercise and western medicine. Shenkang No. 3 Formula functioning boosting qi, nourishing yin and quickening the blood formula was added in the treatment group and Bailing Capsule （preparation of Cordycepssinensis） was added to the control group. The treatment course lasted for 3 months. The therapeutic effect, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, serum albumin （ALB）, 24h urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER）, urinary micro-albumin （UmAlb）, serum creatinine （SCr） and blood urea nitrogen （BUN） were observed before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 85.0~ and 63.3~~ respectively. The differences between groups were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. After treatment, UAER, UmAlb and SCr decreased significantly in both groups （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）, especially in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in BUN, FBG and ALB in both groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The combo therapy of boosting qi, nourishing yin and quickening the blood formula with western medicine is effective for early DN, which could protect the kidney and delay the progress of DN.
