参附注射液对晚期猴艾滋病模型的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Shenfu Injection on Advanced Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome Model Rhesus

摘要 目的观察参附注射液对晚期猴艾滋病(AIDS)模型的疗效及对临床预后的影响。方法将10只恒河猴随机分为对照组和治疗组各5只,经静脉注射SIVmac239病毒株感染建立猴艾滋病模型,当猴AIDS模型进入艾滋病晚期时,对照组予常规西医对症治疗,治疗组在西医对症治疗基础上静脉推注参附注射液,20ml/次,每日1次,20天为1个疗程,每疗程间停药3天,连续治疗至猴死亡。观察两组存活时间、体重变化、精神状况、临床症状评分、组织病理学改变并检测T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+%、CD4+/CD8+)、病毒载量。结果两组治疗后死亡率、CD4+%、CD4+/CD8+比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组生存时间较对照组显著延长(P<0.05);治疗组病毒载量较对照组下降明显(P<0.05);两组治疗中摄食情况、精神活动情况、总评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论参附注射液对晚期猴AIDS模型在延长生存时间、减轻临床症状、延缓病情恶化速度、改善部分血液学指标方面疗效确切。 Objective To observe the therapeutic and prognosis effect of Shenfu Injection [injection of Renshen (Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng) and Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata)] on advanced acquired immune deficiency syndrome model rhesus. Methods Ten China rhesus were randomized into control group and treatment group, with 5 in each. Model were es- tablished with intravenous infusion of SIVmac239 virus strain. When models developed in advanced stage, the control group was given symptomatic treatment of conventional western medicine and the treatment group was given intravenous infusion of Shenfu Injection in addition, 20ml each, once daily. Each treatment course lasted for 20 days with an interval of 3 days. Models were treated until died. The survival time, weight changes, mental status, clinical score, histopathological changes, T lymphcytel subset CD4^+ %, CD4^+/CD8^+ and viral load were observed. Results There was no significant difference in mortality rate, the CD4^+ % and CD4^+/CD8^+ between groups (P〈0. 05). The survival time of the treatment group was longer than that of the control group, with a significant difference (P〈0. 05). The viral load in the treatment group significantly decreased as compared with the control group (P〈0.05). The differences of feeding situation, mental activities and the total score were statistically significant between groups (P〈0. 01). Conclusion Shenfu Injection is effective for advanced AIDS model rhesus in prolonging the survival time, alleviating the clinical symptoms, delaying the disease progression speed and improving the haematological indices.
