建筑物下综采工作面固体充填开采技术研究与实践

唐山矿业分公司将地面矸石、建筑垃圾等固体废弃物通过地面充填站的投料孔垂直向井下直接投料,进入矸石缓冲仓,再经带式输送机等运输设备将矸石运输至充填工作面,借助自夯式充填综采液压支架等设备将固体充填物料充填至工作面采空区,以此对采空区的岩层进行控制,减少顶板的下沉和垮落,实现建筑物下安全开采。

Tangshan Mining Branch Company feeds the gangue, building waste and other solid wastes vertically and directly into the underground through the feeding hole in ground filling station, and through the gangue surge bin, the feeding is conveyed to the filling face by the conveying devices such as belt conveyor, and then the solid filling materials will be filled into the gob by means of self-tamping filling hydraulic supports and other equipments, by which the gob rock has been controlled and the roof subsidence and collapse have also reduced, and safe mining under buildings has been realized.
