摘要
含硫化铁硬结核体薄煤层机械化开采的核心问题是采煤机能否剥落硬结核体,以兖州矿区16上#、17#煤层为研究对象,首先通过现场测试和理论分析方法系统研究含硫化铁硬结核体薄煤层煤壁破坏规律及硫化铁硬结核体剥落机理;然后对开采含硫化铁硬结核体薄煤层的采煤机截割部进行了可靠性分析,并进行了工业性试验。结果表明:在对含硫化铁硬结核体薄煤层的破煤机理研究的基础上,解决了硫化铁硬结核体的剥落难题,实现了含硫化铁硬结核体薄煤层的综合机械化开采。
The core problem of the mechanized mining on thin seam containing iron sulfide hard concretion is whether the hard concretion could be spalled off. To research No. 16upper and 17 coal seams of Yanzhou Mining Group, the coal wall failure rule in the thin seam containing iron sulfide hard concretion and the spalling mechanism of the iron sulfide hard concretion were systematically investigated by field tests and theoretical analysis; then the reliability was analyzed for the cutting part of shearer used to mine the thin seam containing iron sulfide hard concretion; and finally an industrial test was carried out. The results showed that the spalling problem of iron sulfide hard concretion was solved on the basis of the research on coal breaking mechanism in thin seam containing iron sulfide hard concretion, achieving the fully mechanized mining on the thin seam containing iron sulfide hard concretion.
