摘要
充填液压支架是充填开采中的关键设备之一,在充填工艺中起着重要的作用,决定着充填效果与充填效率。本文主要介绍了5m大采高高水充填分体式液压支架设计思路、基本结构与技术参数,前部支架与采煤机和刮板机构成正常的综合机械化采煤系统,后部支架实施充填,前后支架协调配合能够实现开采与充填同步工作,从而提高充填开采工作面的产量。
Filling hydraulic support is one of the key equipments in the filling mining. It not only plays an important role in the filling process but also is a determining factor for the filling efficiency and results. This article states that the design idea, basic structure and technical parameters of a 5m large mining height, high water filling telescopic hydraulic support. The front of the support with coal winning machines and scraper be formed a fully mechanized coal mining system and the back of support implement filling. The coordination of the front and back of support could realize the synchronous work of mining and filling, which improve the production of filling coal mining face.
