摘要
为提高新集矿区新集一矿突出煤层6-1#煤层采掘工作面突出危险预测准确率,减少防突措施工程量,采用理论分析、实验室测试和现场试验相结合的研究手段,获得了6#煤层试验区1506采掘工作面正常及异常情况突出预测敏感指标及其临界值,正常地质条件下:钻屑量S0=5.0kg/m,钻屑瓦斯解吸指标Δh20=160Pa;异常地质条件:钻屑量S0=4.0kg/m,钻屑瓦斯解吸指标Δh20=128Pa。经试验区超过3000m采掘工程应用,结果表明:工作面预测无突出准确率100%,研究确定的指标及其临界值合理有效,符合试验区实际情况。
Analytical research was undertaken in 6--1 # coal seam in Xinji Mine to improve the accuracy in forecasting gas outbursts. The research involved a range of methods including theoretical, in-situ and laboratory tests. Research revealed a range of sensitive indexed and critical values across a variety of situations (both normal and abnormal) in the test area of 1506 of 6# coal seam. Normal geological conditions were defined by the following values over an area of 3000m: S0 = 5.0 kg/m, △ h20 = 160 Pa; where abnormal geological conditions : S0 = 4.0 kg/m, △ h20 =128 Pa. Results indicate the prediction accuracy of low propensity for outbursts is 100%. The study also involved examination of indicators and threshold values and, subsequent comparison of these values in the test area.
