心脉隆注射液治疗110例老年慢性心力衰竭患者的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect on Xinmailong Injection in the treatment of 110 patients with chronic heart failure

目的观察心脉隆注射液对慢性心功能不全(chronic heart failure,CHF)的治疗效果,评价其临床应用价值。方法选择2011年2月～2012年2月住院治疗的CHF患者110例,将其随机分为治疗组(常规治疗联合心脉隆注射液,57例)及对照组(常规药物治疗,53例)。观察其临床表现及心脏左室射血分数(LVEF)、B型利钠肽(BNP)。结果治疗2周后治疗组患者症状明显改善,LVEF、BNP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在CHF常规治疗基础上加用心脉隆注射液可有效降低患者心脏负荷,降低血BNP水平,提高心力衰竭患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of Xinmailong Injection in the treatment of chronic heart failure and to evaluate the clinical application value.Methods 110 hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure from February 2011 to February 2012 were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group（conventional treatment combined with Xinmailong Injection,57 cases） and control group（conventional treatment,53 cases）.The clinical feature,LEVF and BNP were observed.Results After treatment for two weeks,the clinical feature of treatment group was improved significantly,and the level of LVEF and BNP were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion On basis of conventional treatment in treating CHF,the adding of Xinmailong Injection can lower the cardiac load of patients effectively,decrease the level of BNP,and improve the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure.
