间苯三酚在子宫输卵管造影术前的临床应用观察

Observation of clinical application of Phloroglucinol before hysterosalpingography

目的观察间苯三酚在子宫输卵管造影术前应用的临床效果及安全性。方法将2010年8月~2011年7月于我院门诊要求行子宫输卵管造影术患者160例,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,术前分别给予肌注间苯三酚（观察组）及山莨菪碱（对照组）,观察手术操作过程中两组患者的镇痛效果、宫颈插管难易程度、不良反应发生率。结果镇痛效果比较,观察组总有效率为97.5%,对照组为87.5%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;宫颈插管难易程度比较,观察组总有效率为97.5%,对照组为86.3%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组不良反应发生率为3.75%,对照组为85.00%,两组差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论子宫输卵管造影术前应用间苯三酚效果好,不良反应少,有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Phloroglucinol application before hysterosalpingography.Methods 160 cases of patients who underwent hysterosalpingography in our outpatient clinic from August 2010 to July 2011 were selected.All patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group had 80 cases.The observation group was treated with intramuscular injection of Phloroglucinol and the control group was treated with Anisodamine.The analgesic effect,difficulty level of cervical intubation and adverse reaction rate intraoperation of the two groups were observed.Results The total analgesic effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%,the control group was 87.5%,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The difficulty level of cervical intubation was compared,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%,the control group was 86.3%,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 3.75%,and the control group was 85.00%,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion The effect of Phloroglucinol application before hysterosalpingography is good,which has few adverse reaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
