中西医结合非手术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效

The clinical curative effect on the integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of patients with intertrochanteric fractures

目的观察中西医结合非手术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法选取104例年龄>60岁以上的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者并随机分为两组,52例患者采用常规手术治疗作为对照组,52例患者采用中医骨伤传统之复位、固定、药物、练功等四大疗法为主的中西医结合非手术疗法治疗作为观察组,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者死亡1例(1.92%),对照组死亡2例(3.84%),两组患者均获随访1年,观察组治疗总有效率为82.69%,对照组治疗总有效率为86.54%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组卧床时间为(11.5±2.8)d,对照组卧床时间为(9.8±3.0)d,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为3.84%,对照组并发症发生率为17.31%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合非手术治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折可达到手术治疗同样的疗效,髋关节功能恢复良好,但其并发症少,安全性更高,可作为老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的首选疗法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the old patients with intertrochanteric fractures with the non-operative treatment with Chinese and western medicine.Methods 104 patients whose age was 60 years with intertrochanteric fracture were chosen and divided into into two groups randomly,52 patients with normal operation treatment as control group,52 cases treated by traditional chinese medicine clinics for the reset,fixed,drug,exercising and so on four big therapy as non-surgical therapy of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment as obervation group,the therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed.Results The observation group 1 patients（1.92%） died,the control group 2 patients（3.84%） died,two groups of patients had been followed up for 1 year,the total therapy effective rate of the observation group was 82.69%,and the total therapy effective rate of the control group was 86.54%,the difference between the two groups was not significant.The bed time of the observation group was（11.5±2.8） d,the control group was（9.8±3.0） d,the difference of the two groups was not significant.The complication rate of the observation group was 3.84%,and the control group was 17.31%,the difference of the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The old patients with intertrochanteric fracture treated with the non-operative treatment with Chinese and Western medicine can achieve the same effect of surgical treatment,hip function restore good,less complications,the security to be higher,and can be used as the first choice of therapy for older intertrochanteric fracture patients
