摘要
目的探讨血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(SVCAM-1)水平与老年代谢综合征(MS)的相关情况及其可能的作用机制。方法选择老年MS患者40例,非MS患者(NMS组)39例,正常对照组(NC组)32例,比较各组的一般情况、血脂、糖代谢等生化指标和SVCAM-1、IR程度的差异。结果①MS组的血清SVCAM-1水平明显高于NMS组(P<0.05),且两组SVCAM-1水平均高于对照组(均P<0.01)。②相关分析显示,血清SVCAM-1与体重指数(MBI)、腰围(WC)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)呈显著正相关,与高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)呈显著负相关。结论老年MS患者存在血管内皮功能障碍,且随MS组分增加而加重。
Objective To investigate the role of serum vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (SVCAM-1) in the pathogenesis of elderly with metabolic syndrome. Methods 40 elderly patients with metabolic syndrome, 39 elderly patients without metabolic syndrome and 32 cases of control group were included. General condition, lipid profiles, glycometabolism param- eters, other serum biochemical parameters and SVCAM-I were detected and IR were assessed. Results ①The SVCAM-1 levels in MS group was significantly higher compared with NMS group (P 〈 0.05), and the SVCAM-1 levels in these groups were higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.01), respectively. ②By variable correlations showed a positive orrelations between the serum SVCAM-1 level and BMI, WC, SBP, DBP, TG, TC, LDL-C and HOMA-IR. There was a negative correlations between the serum SVCAM-1 level and HDL-C. Conclusion Endothelial dysfunction is found in the elderly patients with metabolic syndrome. The more metabolic syndrome components, the more endothelial dysfunction.
