摘要
目的探讨阴囊坏疽的临床特点。方法对6例男性阴囊坏疽患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。患者年龄43～78岁,平均57岁,其中阴囊坏疽4例,伴会阴皮肤坏疽2例。6例均行外科清创、引流、抗感染治疗。结果 6例均经清创引流、抗感染及对症支持治疗,3例康复,3例死亡。其中2例死于败血症,1例死于多器官功能衰竭。结论早期诊断、早期清创是治疗阴囊坏疽成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of scrotal gangrene. Methods This series included 6 patients with scrotal gangrene （all male; mean age, 57 years）. Of them, 4 cases had scrotal gangrene and 2 had dermal gangrene of perineal area. All the 6 patients underwent surgical treatment including incisions, aggressive debridement, drainage, irrigation, and antibiotic therapy. Results Three patients recovered and three patients died; of them, 2 died of septicemia and 1 died of multi-organ failure. Conclusion Early diagnosis and early debridement are the key of the successful treatment for scrotal gangrene.
