不同针刺深度治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效对比观察

Clinical efficacy observatiaon on the acupuncture of different depth of needle insertion in the treatment of osteoarthritis in the knees

目的对比观察不同进针深度对于治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效,为临床制订优选方案提供依据。方法选取42例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组21例采用深刺治疗,对照组21例采用常规针刺深度治疗,对两组的疗效进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为90.48%,对照组总有效率为80.95%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺深刺治疗膝骨关节炎,临床操作方便,疗效确切,安全性好,与常规进针深度相比,疗效更加显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on the acupuncture of different depth of needle insertion in the treatment of osteoarthritis in the knees, and to provide the clinical basis for treatment. Methods 42 patients were randomly divided in two groups. There were 21 cases received deep needling acupuncture in the treatment group; there were 21 cas- es received routines acupuncture in the control group. The effects of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group. There was a difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Deep needling acupuncture is a safe simple efficacy method to treat osteoarthritis in the knee than routines acupuncture.
