益气祛湿方治疗重症肌无力的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响评价

Evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Yiqi Qushi Decoction in the treatment of myasthenia gravis and its impact on patients' quality of life

目的观察益气祛湿方治疗重症肌无力的临床疗效及其对患者生活质量的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的40例重症肌无力(Ⅰ型、Ⅱa型、Ⅱb型)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予益气祛湿方,对照组给予溴吡斯的明,疗程均为8周。治疗前后分别对患者进行定量重症肌无力评分(QMG)表、Busch生活质量评价表的问卷调查,观察治疗前后的QMG评分、生活质量的改善情况。结果治疗后两组QMG量表评分比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),说明治疗组临床症状的改善优于对照组;治疗后两组Busch生活质量量表总分比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),说明治疗组对生活质量的改善优于对照组,尤其是在体力功能、情感功能、总生活质量方面的改善均明显优于对照组(P﹤0.01),且未发现不良反应。结论益气祛湿方不仅可以改善患者的QMG评分,还可以提高患者的生活质量,且无明显不良反应,说明益气祛湿方治疗重症肌无力是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Yiqi Qushi Decoction in the treatment of myasthenia gravis and the influence on patients＂ quality of life. Methods Meeting the inclusion criteria, 40 cases of myasthenia gravis pa- tients with type I, I1 a and II b were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The former were treated by Yiqi Qushi Decoction while the control group were given Pyridostigmine Bromide and the therapy lasted 8 weeks. Patients were given ＂Quantitative myasthenia gravis score （QMG） Table＂ and ＂Busch quality of life evaluation form＂ before and af- ter treatment. The QMG score and improvement on quality of life were Observed. Results After treating, the QMG and Busch quality of life scale score in both groups had significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. It suggested that the improvement on clinical symptoms and life quality received a better efficacy in treatment group, especially in improving physical function, emotional function and overall quality of life particularly clear. During the treatment, no adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion Yiqi Qushi Decoction can improve the patient＇s QMG score and elevate the quality of life without adverse re- actions, which illustrated that Yiqi Qushi Decoction for myasthenia gravis is safe and effective.
