盐酸青藤碱缓释片的制备及其释放度测定

Preparation of Sinomenine Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablet and determination of the release rate

目的制备盐酸青藤碱缓释片。方法采用正交设计法,考察乙基纤维素、微晶纤维素、乳糖对缓释片溶出度的影响,进行处方筛选,对最佳处方进行溶出度测定及释放行为的拟合。结果缓释片的释放行为符合一级释放方程,12 h释放度大于75%。结论该缓释片处方合理,工艺简单,缓释效果好。

Objective To prepare the Sinomenine Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablet. Methods The prescription was selected by orthogonal design and the investigation index was the effect of EC, MCC and lactose to the release rate. The re- lease rate and the release behavior were studied. Results The release rate of sustained release tablet fitted the first release eqution and the release rate for 12 h was more than 75%. Conclusion The prescription is reasonable, the teehnology is simple and the release effect is good.
