舒适体位在全麻甲状腺手术的临床观察

Clinical observation of comfortable position in thyroid surgery under general anesthesia

目的探讨舒适体位与常规体位在全身麻醉下行甲状腺手术患者中的应用效果。方法将400例甲状腺手术患者随机分为两组,每组200例,对照组采用常规手术体位;观察组采用舒适手术体位,观察两组患者术后并发症(头痛、呕吐、肩背痛)的发生例数。结果观察组术后头痛、呕吐、颈背痛发生例数均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论全身麻醉下舒适甲状腺手术体位与常规手术体位相比较,其操作方便,并可减轻手术患者术后并发症,提高患者对手术护理的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effects of the comfortable position and the conventional position in the thyroid surgery under general anesthesia. Methods 400 patients receiving thyroid surgery were randomly divided into two groups, with 200 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional surgical position and the observation group was given comfortable surgical position. The numbers of patients with the occurrence of postoperative complications （headache, vomiting, shoulder and back pain） of the two groups were observed. Results The number of patients with postoperative headache, vomiting and shoulder and back pain of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Compared to conventional surgical position, comfortable surgical position in the thyroid surgery under general anesthesia is easily operative and can reduce the postoperative complications of patients and improve patients＂ satisfaction with surgical nursing.
