不同冷却条件对铸态Cu-15Ni-8Sn合金析出物的影响 被引量:8

Influence of different cooling conditions on segregation of Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloy

摘要 采用离心浇铸、铜模浇铸水冷法以及甩带快速凝固3种方法制备得到Cu-15Ni-8Sn合金。通过金相及扫描电镜对合金进行组织分析、能谱微区成分分析。结果表明,采用铜模浇铸水冷法相比离心浇铸法,能细化枝晶并减少Sn的偏析,但效果不甚显著;而快速凝固法制备的合金,则未见明显Sn偏析,以此法制备的作为原料的预合金应能制备出性能更优的试样。 Air-cooling centrifugal casting method, water-cooling copper-mould casting method and dumped belt rapid solidification method were used to prepare the Cu-15Ni-SSn alloy. Microstructure and energy spectrum microarea composition of the alloy were analysed by metalloscope and SEM. The results show that compared with centrifugal casting method, by taking the water-cooling copper-mould casting method, dendritic crystal fined and the segregation of Sn reduced not obviously. However, the alloy produced by dumped belt rapid solidification method was no obvious segregation of Sn. In this way, there should be able to get better performance samples with pre-alloy powder as raw material.
