超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术后继发性青光眼

Secondary glaucoma after phacoemulsification and intra-ocular lens implantation

目的：探讨超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术后继发性青光眼的原因及治疗。方法：对４７０例（４７０只眼）老年性白内障进行术前、术后定期随访及眼压观察。结果：发生继发性青光眼共１７例（３．６％），其中３例因气体进入后房引起瞳孔阻滞导致高眼压；１例因药物缩瞳后小瞳孔引起瞳孔阻滞导致高眼压；２例先眼压升高，后发生眼内炎；１１例考虑为粘弹剂残留。结论：超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术后，由于不同原因可导致继发性青光眼，应于术后注意观察眼压以便及时处理，提高手术疗效。

Objective: Dscussion of glaucoma secondary to phacoemulsification and IOLs implantation. Method: 470 senile cataract cases were followed pre-op and post-op with the changes of their intra-ocular pressure. Results: 17 cases(3.6%) had secondary glaucoma, 3 of them because air bubble in the post chamber, 1 small pupil resulted in pupillary occlusion, 2 had endophthalmitis and the others because the remain of the viscoelastic material in the eye. Conclusion: The intra-ocular pressure must be followed post-op and be treated. Methods must be taken to improve the result of the surgery and decrease the complication.
