摘要
为了准确地检验高碳钢盘条晶粒度大小,分别选用直接侵蚀法和直接淬硬法进行比较。结果表明,直接侵蚀法显示的是珠光体团的大小,而直接淬硬法显示的是原奥氏体晶粒的大小,直接淬硬法较直接侵蚀法显示的晶界清晰,评定的结果真实可信。综合比较建议采用直接淬硬法进行仲裁检测高碳钢盘条原奥氏体晶粒度。
In order to accurately detect the grain size of high carbon steel wire rods, direct etching method and direct hardened method were compared. The results show that the direct etching method shows the size of pearlity group, while direct hardened method shows the size of austenitic grain. Grain boundary is more clear and evaluation results is more accurately by direct hardened method than direct etching method. Direct hardened method were suggested to detect austenitic grain size of high carbon steel wire rods.
