在国际视域下定义教育质量标准被引量：22

摘要本刊从2012年第10期开始进行"关于教育质量国家标准的探讨",先后发表了多篇有关教育质量标准的文章,如王忠敏的《对教育质量标准的思考》、赵伶俐的《以人才质量为核心统摄教育质量》以及中国教育科学研究院国际比较教育研究中心的《时代的选择:建立教育质量国家标准》。为什么关注该话题?源于我们一个基于常识的判断:没有标准的质量观,不过是"空中楼阁"。所以,"制定教育质量国家标准"既是《教育规划纲要》的要求,也是当前教育改革与发展的重要环节。在深入分析国际教育经验的基础上,北京师范大学的辛涛、姜宇提出,我国教育质量标准的核心应确定为学生的学业质量标准、并应着手厘清质量标准与课程标准的关系等等,颇具启发性。
