老年性白内障血、房水、晶体核中的抗氧化酶和抗氧化物相关性研究 被引量:1

A correlative study of antioxidases and antioxidants in the blood, aqueous humor and lens nuclei of senile cataracts

摘要 目的:探讨老年性白内障患者血、房水、晶体核中抗氧化酶和抗氧化物之间的相关关系及作用。方法:随机取符合条件的老年性白内障 44例(44只眼)。超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase, SOD)用黄嘌呤化酶法测定,丙二醛(malondialdehyde, MDA)用巴比妥酸反应比色法测定,谷胱甘肽过氧化物(glutathione-peroxide, GSH-PX)用改进的还原型谷胱甘肽消耗法测定,VitC和VitE分别用微量荧光法和比色法测定。结果:SOD、MDA、GSH-PX、VitC及VitE在血、房水、晶体核中相互存在14个明显相关方程(t检验,P<0.01或<0.05)。结论:抗氧化酶之间和抗氧化物之间以及二者之间互相协调、制约的相关关系受到破坏可能是老年性白内障形成的原因之一。 Objective: To investigate the correlation between the antioxidases and the antioxidants in the blood, aqueous humor and lens nuclei of senile cataracts. Methods: Forty-four patients with senile cataracts (44 eyes) were selected at random,male 23 cases and female 21 cases. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) was measured with xanthine oxides method, the content of malonialdehyde (MDA) with barbituric acid reaction chromometry, the glutathione-peroxide (GSH-PX) activity with modified glutathione exhaustion assay, the content of ascorbic acid (VitC) with microfluorescence method, and the level of alphatocopherol(VitE) with chro mometry. Results: There were fourteen significant correlative equations among the SOD, MDA, GSH-PX, VitC and VitE in the blood, aqueous humor and lens nuclei of senile cataracts(t-test, P<0.01 or 0.05) . conclusions: The partial destruction of harmonious and interactive correlation of antioxidases and antioxidants may be one of cause of senile cataract.
