增强材料对超轻质硅酸钙材料物理性能影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用外掺增强法,利用硬硅钙石晶须和玻璃纤维增强超轻质硅酸钙材料。研究了增强材料掺量对增强体微观结构和物理性能的影响。结果表明,分别以3%玻璃纤维和5%硬硅钙石晶须为增强材料制得增强体制品,体积密度分别为126 kg/m3和109 kg/m3,抗折强度分别为2220 cm和3400 cm,抗压强度分别为3650 cm和5410 cm。以硬硅钙石晶须为增强材料制得增强体制品具有更低的体积密度,更高的比强度和更好的保温隔热性能。 The ultra-light calcium silicate materials were reinforced by respectively adding xonotlite whiskers and glass fibers, and effect of different mixing amounts of reinforced materials onthe microstrueture and physical properties of the complex was studied in this paper. The results indicate that the bulk density, tensile strength and compressive strength of the complex reinforced by adding 3% glass fibers were 126 kg/m^3,2220 cm and 3650 cm,but those of the complex reinforced by adding 5% xonotlite whiskers were 109 kg/m^3,3400 cm and 5410 em respectively. The complex with lower bulk density,higher specific strength and better thermal insulation property was prepared using xonotlite whisker as reinforced material.
