摘要
测试了是否掺0.1%的引气剂时无机保温砂浆的性能,并通过线性回归拟合,研究了无机保温砂浆干密度、抗压强度、导热系数与堆积密度的关系。研究表明:由相同原材料配制的无机保温砂浆,干密度、抗压强度、导热系数与堆积密度存在较好的正相关性;在已知堆积密度的条件下,可利用拟合公式推算出干密度、抗压强度与导热系数;可通过控制无机保温砂浆的堆积密度控制其质量。
The performance of inorganic insulation mortar confected with or without air-entraining agents was tested. The correlativity of dry density,compressive strength,thermal conductivity and bulk density of inorganic insulation mortar has been studied by linear regression fitting. The result showed that,the thermal insulation mortar with the same raw materials has a correlation among dry density, compressive strength,thermal conductivity and bulk density. In the case of known bulk density, the fitting formula can be applied to calculate the dry density, compressive strength and thermal conductivity. The quality of the mortar can be controlled by controlling the bulk density.
