摘要
以水灰比0.4、坍落扩展度520 mm的混凝土为研究对象,采用温度应力试验机(TSTM)对不同温度履历(绝热温升养护、恒温养护)及不同的约束程度(100%、60%)条件下的混凝土早龄期的抗裂性进行试验研究。结果表明,同一温度履历下约束度越高的混凝土其抗裂性越差;相同约束度下绝热温升条件的混凝土比恒温养护条件的混凝土更易开裂。
This paper focus on early age crack resistance of concrete used the temperature stress testing machine (TSTM) with water cement ratio of 0.4 and slump flow of 520 mm based on the experiment under different curing temperature history (curing of the adiabatic temperature rise,curing of the thermostatic) and different level of constraint (100%,60%).The results showed that the concrete cracking resistance deteriorate with the rising of the level of constraint through the same curing temperature history: the cracking resistance which curing of the adiabatic temperature rise is worse than that which curing of the thermostatic at the same level of constraint.
