摘要
非开挖改性聚丙烯(MPP)塑料顶管广泛应用于城镇电力电缆、建筑给排水敷设等领域。采用钛酸酯偶联剂(NDZ-105)对轻质碳酸钙和高岭土进行表面改性处理,成功制备高填充量的PP复合材料和非开挖用MPP管材。SEM分析显示,改性无机填料与聚丙烯基体的界面结合较好。无机填料在30%填充量下能显著提高复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、缺口冲击强度和热性能,降低PP复合材料的生产成本,同时不影响复合材料的加工性能,扩大了其应用领域。
The modified polypropylene(MPP) pipe used for trenchless pipe has great application value on the development and upgrading transformation of power, communication and building drainage industries. In this paper, titanate coupling agent (NDZ-105) was used for the modifications of the calcium carbonate and kaolin clay and the PP composites with high filling ratio and MPP pipes were prepared. The SEM analysis showed the good compatibility between the modified fillers and PP matrix. The composite containing 30% fillers showed improved tensile strength, flexural strength,notch impact strength and thermal properties. Moreover, the composite processability almost had no changed, but the cost of production was reduced. The application field is broadened.
