摘要
为确定芙蓉葵的耐盐性,以芙蓉葵为材料,采用纸上发芽(TP)和营养沙培法,研究不同质量浓度NaCl处理对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,盐胁迫下,种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数等指标整体呈下降趋势;芙蓉葵的株高、茎粗增长量下降;叶绿素质量分数、电导率和脯氨酸质量分数呈增加趋势;叶片含水量低于对照,呈先上升后下降趋势;丙二醛质量摩尔浓度在9g/L盐处理下高于对照,有显著差异;可溶性糖质量分数变化平缓,维持在一定水平。通过对盐胁迫条件下芙蓉葵形态指标的观测以及生理指标的综合分析表明,芙蓉葵在园林应用上的耐盐阈值为9g/L,存活阈值为12g/L。
In order to evaluate the salt tolerance and provided the scientific basis for exploitation and utilization of Hibiscus moscheutos in saline-alkali land,the effects of different NaCl solution stress on seeds germination and the growth of Hibiscus moscheutos plants were studied with the methods of TP germination and nutritional sand culture.The results showed that under salt stress,the germination potential,germination rate,germination index and activity index were decreased obviously;the height and the stem diameter decreased continuously;the chlorophyll molality,electrical conductance and proline molality increased gradually;the water molality was lower than that of the control plants,increasing at first and then declining later;the MDA molality of the treatment with NaCl at 9 g/L reached the highest value;the mass fraction of soluble sucrose changed gently.By observing morphological index and analyzing physiological index,the salt tolerant threshold was 9 g/L and survival threshold of Hibiscus moscheutos was 12 g/L in the landscape application.
