摘要 鉴于国外公司的井下套管阀技术比较先进,但其服务费用极其昂贵,引进该设备将会使钻井成本大幅提高的问题,研制出功能完善且技术指标满足使用要求的井下套管阀。整套系统由地面控制系统及井下阀体系统组成。地面液压控制系统通过较长的控制线远程控制套管阀井下阀体,由双控液压、控制线输出液压能,未控制井下阀体内液压缸的往复动作,从而间接控制阀体内瓣阀的开关,实现井下封井及打开作业。现场试验情况表明,该井下套管阀实现了实时压力检测,液压站工作稳定,满足现场施工要求。 The downhole casing valve technology of foreign companies is advanced but their service costs are very high and introduction of their equipment will raise the drilling costs remarkably. Considering the problem, a new downhole casing valve was developed. It has perfect functions and its technological indexes meet the needs of use. The whole system consists of ground control system and downhole valve system. The ground hydraulic control system conducts a remote control of the downhole casing valve body through the long control line. The hydraulic energy is transmitted through the dual control hydraulic pressure and control line to control the reciprocal motion of the hydraulic cylinder of the valve, thus indirectly controlling the flap valve switch in the valve and achieving the downhole well plugging and opening operation. The field experiment shows that the valve achieves real-time pressure detection and the hydraulic station runs stably, satisfying the requirement of field construction.
